Pierre Morey 是勃根地最迷人的白酒品牌 Leflaive 的前任首席釀酒師。因為 Pierre Morey 的自有地非常有限，Pierre Morey 與其夫人 Madame Blanc 合組了一家小型的 Morey-Blanc 酒商公司，向特定的幾家酒農買葡萄，非常嚴謹地監控酒農葡萄園的耕耘並篩選葡萄的收成。
